Nicole Cudzilo
Bethel, CT
Home Schooled
(Costume and Photography Apprentice)
Hi, My name is Nicole Cudzilo.
I am the costume design apprentice, and will also be doing all of the photography for the production.
I am an eighteen year old home schooled senior… that’s right, I teach myself!
Because of this, my life is always interesting.
I love learning new things, from taking weeklong whitewater kayaking trips to Calculus II!
I enjoy sarcasm, folklore, nighttime, bare feet, pretending, campfires, laughing, epiphanies and dancing the tango.
Alessandro CHILLÉ
Cos Cob, CT
Attends Greenwich High School
(Acting Apprentice – Goblin)
Hey everybody! For those of you that don't know me, my name is Alessandro Chillé. I've been doing theater for three years now and I've accepted the fact that I want to spend the rest of my life doing one of the most unreliable jobs on earth. Seeing people unhappy in well-paying jobs has made me forget any second thoughts about acting as a career choice, and I'm glad. It's funny really, the one time I really get to be myself is when I'm playing someone else. That, and when I'm singing in the shower.
Lili De’Rossi
Norwalk, CT
Attends Brien McMahon High School
(Acting Apprentice – Fairy)
My name is Lili De’Rossi,
I’m 14 years old, attending Brien McMahon High School.
I’m an actor apprentice for the production.
I listen to any and every kind of music, but I love bands like Coldplay and Lifehouse.
I play a lot of sports such as softball and field hockey.
I enjoy singing, dancing and of course acting. I also love learning new things.
Eelum Dixit
Kathmandu, Nepal
Attends Sarah Lawrence College
(Directing and Education Apprentice)
My name is Eelum Dixit. I am a senior at Sarah Lawrence College, and my primary interests are in acting and directing. I am taking on the role of the Directing and Education Apprentice for Shakespeare on the Sound. What still fascinates me is the speed at which theatre can transform a most diverse crowd of individuals into one tight-knit family – everyone should know such magic.
Gracie Gardner
Greenwich, CT
Attends Greenwich High School
(Set Design and Dramaturgy Apprentice)
I am Gracie Gardner, a 17.833-year-old senior at Greenwich High, going to Kenyon next year. I'm the set design apprentice who will also be working on dramaturgy for Midsummer. I have an affinity for Admiral Akbar, Botswana and going barefoot. My favorite characters I've ever played are Katherina in Taming of the Shrew and Emma in The Betrayal. I love Bjork, Animal Collective, Bob Dylan and Wu-Tang Clan. I'm deathly afraid of necks.
Chris Ghaffari
Greenwich, CT
Attends Princeton University
(Leadership Apprentice)
My name is Chris Ghaffari. I am nineteen years old and a rising sophomore at Princeton University. I am the leadership apprentice and am really excited to be working on Midsummer. I love acting, singing, and attending performances. Recently, I played Joe Pitt in Angels in America, and I acted throughout high school. I’m currently listening to Red Hot Chili Peppers, State Radio, and Band of Horses. Chocolate milk is also a passion of mine.
Olivia Hebrand
Old Greenwich, CT
Attends Greenwich High School
(Theater Management Apprentice)
My name is Olivia Hebrand, I'm 15 years old attending Greenwich High School and I'm the theater arts management apprentice. Both of my parents are from Sweden and I speak the language fluently and go there every summer to visit my family. I do both on and off stage theater at my school and my favorite mythical creature is the Griffin. If I could be any food I would be hot fudge.
DANIEL O’NEILL
Stamford, CT
Attends Brunswick School
(Acting Apprentice – Snug/Lion)
Hey. My name is Daniel O’Neill and I’m 18 years old. I’m a senior at Brunswick School and will be graduating this May. I love soccer and basketball, and just joined an ultimate-frisbee team too, which is proving to be tons of fun. I will be attending Columbia University next year where I hope to study both Economics and Theatre. I love New York City, and rehearsals for A Midsummer Night’s Dream are actually going to be held in Midtown, so I’m very eager to get started!
CONNOR RYAN
Darien, CT
Attends Fairfield Prep
(Stage Management Apprentice)
Hi - my name is Connor Ryan and I am the stage management apprentice this season. I go to Fairfield Prep, I am sixteen (I'm a Cancer) and I live in Darien, CT. Most recently, I have stage managed two shows, performed by the Prep Players, at Fairfield University. Aside from theatre, I enjoy going to movies, going to the beach and playing with my dog, Shamrock.
Alexa Salamé
Greenwich, CT
Attends Greenwich Academy
(Acting Apprentice – Fairy)
My name is Alexa Salamé and I'm 17 years old. I go to Greenwich Academy and am going to be starting my senior year in the fall. I am an acting apprentice and I am SO excited to be working with Shakespeare on the Sound! I have been listening to Cold War Kids, The Mountain Goats, and Ella Fitzgerald on my iPod and am currently reading "Side Effects" by Woody Allen and DESPERATELY trying to finish "The Fountainhead" by Ayn Rand. My favorite things to do are watch old movies (especially Alfred Hitchcock), play piano, and eat. When I'm not in school, I'm in a theatre. Recently, I've appeared as Maddy in "A California Seagull" and I worked as a student producer/assistant director for Brunswick School's production of Les Misérables. I am thrilled to be spending my summer working on A Midsummer Night's Dream!
