Speaking Daggers is a program created by Shakespeare on the Sound and funded by GE Capital to address the issue of bullying. Speaking Daggers utilizes Shakespeare's text, specifically A Midsummer Night's Dream, Romeo and Juliet, and The Merchant of Venice to address Cyber-Bullying, Conflict/Resolution, and Empathy Building.
Speaking Daggers has been featured at the middle schools in Norwalk, CT at the after school partnership with the students from the George Washington Carver Center. Click Here to read an article on Speaking Daggers from the Greenwich Patch.
